Do you offer returns and exchanges?
I hope you love the pieces you receive as much as I loved creating them. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me so I can make it right. Noon Design reserves the right to agree to a replacement or refund, depending on factors such as timeframe, reason for damage, and others.

When will my order ship?
Production time on handmade polymer earrings are 1-3 days. These earrings are typically ready to ship, but some may require final assembly. In stock items (ear cuffs and gold hoops) are ready for their new home and will typically ship within 24 hours.

I didn't receive an order confirmation, what do I do?
If you haven't received an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Order and shipping confirmation emails are sent with every order. If you don't see it in your spam folder, please email hello@shopnoondesign.com

The price of an item I ordered recently changed.
I am unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotion, sales, or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated nor after the promotion has finished. Noon Design reserves the right to change prices without notice.

What do I do if I received the wrong order or an item I received is defective?
First off, my apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to hello@shopnoondesign.com. I will be happy to help resolve this for you!
